This couple is head over heals, madly in love with one another. Newlyweds and about to go though their first deployment as husband and wife. Diana contacted me and told me that Tom would only be home for the weekend before deploying and I moved heaven and earth to make sure she got her session! Who doesn't love a fresh new baby? I know I sure do! This little guy was just 10 days old -- Eeeek for fresh baby!! And sweet baby Alex was a dream to work with! I very much enjoyed my late night spent with Vanessa waiting for her Airman to come home. She is one of the sweetest girls I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was such a little ball of energy! I loved talking with and getting to know her as we waited for her sweet Santi to arrive. The love that these two have for each other is so beyond sweet! I love photographing maternity sessions! Especially those of couples expecting their first baby! I love hearing what they have been craving so bad they send their spouse out the get it in the middle of the night or avoiding like the plague. I love hearing how their pregnancy is going; both good and bad. I love hearing how excited they are for their little one to make their debut. Everyone's story is different and unique to them!!

Yolonda and Sam are expecting their first baby; a sweet baby girl. And to say they are over the moon excited for this little beauty would be an understatement. When I asked Sam if he was excited to be having a little girl he got the biggest sweetest smile on his face and say "Oh yes, it's what we wanted." Sam and Yolonda are one of the sweetest couples I have ever had the pleasure of working with! This little girl is one lucky kiddo to have them as parents! I cannot wait to see her and what Sam & Yolonda have chosen to name her!

When we got orders to Beale AFB, CA all of my photographer friends told me how much I was going to love it here because of the lighting. It made me so excited to get out here and see exactly what the meant. When we finally did make it out to California I finally realized what they were talking about. I feel in love with the California sky the very first evening we were here. The following is a picture taken of the sun set that night. Excuse the quality, it was taken with my cell phone.



After that night I couldn't not wait for my first session! Que Lauren contacting me about getting a session with her husband and their furbabies :) Lauren is an avid follower of my photography. She actually found me though a Georgia client, Kathryn, that I have done family & OpLove pictures for. When Lauren found out that she and I were getting PCS'd to the same base she made sure that she was one of the first to get a session done with me. Lucky for her, she was my very first on location session with me!

We did an early morning session so I could play with the morning light. Oh man and I ever in head-over-heals LOVE with these images! Lauren and Anthony were a DREAM to work with. Most of the men I work with are so not into taking pictures and do it just to make their wife/girlfriend happy. Not Anthony. He was just as, if not more, into this session as Lauren! I loved that about him! He confessed his love of photography with me! I could not have asked for a better first natural light session then this one with Lauren & Anthony! I hope you enjoy these images as much as I do!!

One of the biggest compliments one photographer can give another photographer is too book them. I had the pleasure of working with Sharleen (owner of Sharleen Kaiser Photography), her husband Frankie, and their furbaby Duke. Sharleen took me to one of her favorite places to shoot and I am so very thankful that she did! The location was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL.
